Susan Doyle Ian Williams Alysha Williams

Ian Williams has been with Capital Development for nearly two decades and serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the firm. In that capacity he oversees all fundraising strategy and events, as well as the database operations and maintenance. As the CEO, Ian is the primary contact for all services offered by CDS.

As a member of a family that is deeply involved in the California State Legislature, both politically and legislatively, Ian brings a broad understanding of California’s political process.

Ian and his wife Alysha currently reside in the North Natomas area of Sacramento with their twin boys Jacob and Elijah, and their dog Frankie
